HANNAH HAAS
Co-Founder, Entrepreneur, & Podcast Host
Hannah Haas is a realtor, podcaster, and entrepreneur that encourages others to follow their dreams and go after what they want in life.
​
Growing up in a small town in the Midwest, it was very common to see people start a job and stay there for their entire lives, because that's what felt safe. Rarely did Hannah ever see someone take a risk, change jobs just because they wanted to, or even just simply, move away.
After years of working and knowing she wanted more out of life, Hannah got the courage to take a leap of faith and go after her dreams. She left her safe, 8-6 job to take on real estate full time, and after living that joy, she is now on a journey to encourage others to do the same.

In October 2022, Hannah attended her first in- person development event. Attended by 500 other like-minded women, Hannah was surrounded by amazing entrepreneurs, business leaders, dreamers, and people who knew they wanted to achieve more in life. There, the idea of normalizing the triumphs and trials of entrepreneurship came to light. Thus, the idea of a podcast was sparked, and her "Confessions of an Entrepreneur " podcast was born, where she chats with real life business owners about their journeys and the good, bad, and the ugly truths about entrepreneurship.

CAS KIRSCHBAUM
Co-Founder, Entrepreneur, & Business Coach
Cas Kirschbaum is a small town girl with big entrepreneurial dreams, sharing her successes for the purpose of empowering others.
​
After graduating from UW-Platteville, Cas began her career as a district manager in hospitality. Shortly after, a move forced a career change and she focused on using her horticulture degree. What reigned true at all jobs- poor management and ownership practices, and failed potential. Feeling discouraged, Cas began working multiple part-time jobs and sat in limbo on how to move forward professionally.

In 2016 Cas found her greatest passion in floral design and began building a business plan that would later launch her entrepreneurial adventure, Willow & Ivy Design, in 2017. While expanding her floral studio, plant boutique, and event business, Cas has also curated a broad network of like-minded professionals and colleagues along the way.
Self-taught in almost every aspect, her strong zeal and devotion to self-development has made her a sounding board for many on the pursuit of professional happiness. That devotion has now developed into business coaching to help others thrive while following their dreams.

How The Collective Began
In 2023, Hannah & Cas met in passing at a bridal expo without realizing whom each other were. A couple weeks later Hannah asked Cas to be a guest on her "Confessions of an Entrepreneur" podcast where they spent too many hours celebrating and commiserating their entrepreneurial milestones. It was an immediate connection that felt like an old friendship. After bonding over their experiences of lack of business resources and mentors in the area, Hannah expressed her goals of developing a personal development and inspirational business program, and Cas immediately jumped on board. Planning began a few months later, and in July of 2023, The L.E.A.D Collective was launched!
